Food that Support for Healthy Hearing

AS we know hearing is an important part of our life. As it help us to enjoy our life and keep us engaged without any restrictions. We all know that Food play a vital role in overall hearing health and proper body function. Hence, we should pay proper attention towards our daily diet. In this blog, we will be discussing all about nutrition that support healthy hearing.

Some of the nutrition which effect on the hearing are given below:
 Vegetable oil -> contain too extra omega 6 fatty acids. May be, we use EVOO or Canola oil,which are rich in omega 3s. so these oils effect on our hearing.
High fat meat -> particularly those treated with nitrates (protective)
Cream cheese ->  tread with goat cheese or part skim natural ricotta
Refined carbohydrates-> These consider white breads, pasta, and any foods containing “enriched” flour, which means removed from the grain. 
Sodium-> We have required a few quantities but we need to keep a higher ratio of potassium to sodium. Packed and prepared foods have higher sodium to potassium
Whole/2% milk->Dairy substitute is used like as almond,rice or coconut milk etc

Improve your hearing health with food:
Potassium
Low potassium level may play vital role in hearing loss. To enhance your potassium to eat food such as bananas, raisins, apricots, melons, oranges, yogurt and low-fat milk 
Zinc
Zinc improves your hearing health and all body function. Zinc have protein-rich foods like oysters, grass-fed beef, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, spinach, and dark chocolate.
Omega 3s
Omega3 have high level of Fats and Vitamin D,commonly found in fish,walnuts,flax. These things are good for hearing health. Those who ate fish twice a week had lower risk of hearing loss in women as look at non-fish eaters
Vitamins C and E
Vitamins C and E contain of antioxidant powder that may help protect hearing loss.vitamin c found in C-rich food like, citrus fruits and Vitamin E include almonds, sunflower oil and peanut butter.
